Sometimes, depression also has a good impact to an individual. Like for example, when they experienced depression in the specific alter and overcome it, they will really apply it to their future problems. It would help them make a good career. We cannot hide the fact that in the corporate world, there are lots of toxics, it may be the boss, your Co employee or even yourself. In order to produce a total quality management, it must start with an individual's mental health on whether he can produce a good work or not. Taking good care of young children and the youth of their mental health is important and parents must play as a good guidance in them during this stage.

It saddens me because I have read a news a while ago regarding a female kid who had a suicide because she was bullied. On the other side, that kid has a cancer and in return she still was being bullied. It is a heart aching that we ignore mental health issues, when in fact, even the smallest details are big for others. I hope that countries will implement strong law regarding that and make sure to prioritize mental health care. Evryone should appreciate each other and accept that we have different mental capabilities.
