Producer Certification (Produce Vendors) |
We must require our vendors to be Certified Producers through the Dept. of Agriculture's office located in Yreka. The certification process is a simple 1 to 2 page form and can be completed by mail. The fee to file the form with the Dept of Agriculture is $25.00 annually. Forms and Payment can be mailed to:

Craft/Jewelry Vendors |
If you plan to sell tangible goods (crafts, jewelry, other items, hot food), you must obtain a seller's permit from the California State Board of Equalization. The application is free and upon completion the BOE will issue you a California Resale Number. There is a link to the BOE's website below.
